Your starting point each morning. This pulls together everything the brain thinks needs a
person today, drawn from the documents, emails and tool data it has read.
How to use this page
Work through "Today's tasks". The side panel holds the few most
urgent items, sized to one person's day. Check each off as you finish it; the list
resets every morning.
Then scan "Needs attention". Click any item to see what the issue
is and the steps to resolve it; the "+ more" link opens the complete list.
Read "Latest updates" for the rules, clients and people the brain
learned about this week.
Check "Upcoming deadlines" for filings and reviews landing soon.
Scan "What's new" to see the knowledge added recently,
and email the digest to the team if it is worth sharing.
Watch "Graph health". It tells you when the knowledge
has gaps or duplicates worth repairing on the Graph page.
"This month, the brain..." under the greeting is the running count of
what it did in the last 30 days: questions, approvals, workpapers and more. Plain
counts, nothing estimated.
The buttons at the top take you to the two things people do most: ask a
question, and add knowledge.
